Rodney Moll
TrendSource Founder & Executive Chairman of the Board
Rodney has been with TrendSource for over 20 years in the successive roles of Co-founder,
President, CEO and now as Executive Chairman of the Board. Rodney attributes TrendSource’s
enduring nature to a deep commitment to value creation, and this commitment manifests
itself everyday as Trusted Insight to our clients, opportunity and a shared future
for our associates, and growth in shareholder value. Rodney describes the TrendSource
culture as one of continual change for the better, constantly evolving to maintain
a bright and sustainable future.
Ann Moll
TrendSource Director
Ann currently serves as Director at TrendSource as well as Management Representative
for the ISO Certification process. She joined the TrendSource team in 1994 as Sales
Manager and has played a critical role in the company's expansion, assuming successive
roles of Operations Manager, Executive Manager of Account Teams, and Executive Manager
of Sales. She began her professional career as Sales Manager for Embassy Suites
in Denver, CO, and later Westgate Hotels in San Diego, CA, where she coordinated
corporate conventions and meetings for several Fortune 500 and 100 companies. Ann
has worn many hats at TrendSource and still does, continually contributing to the
company's development and growth.
Garry Ridge
CEO/President of WD-40
Garry Ridge currently serves as president and CEO of the WD-40 Company and has been
with WD-40 since 1987 in various management positions including Executive Vice President/COO
and Vice President of International. A native of Australia, Garry has served as
National Vice President of the Australian Marketing Institute and the Australian
Automotive Aftermarket Association. He is also an adjunct professor at the University
of San Diego where he received his MBA, teaching leadership development, talent
management, and succession planning in the Master of Science in Executive Leadership
program. Garry has received several awards and honors for his work including Director
of the Year for Enhancement of Economic Value by the Corporate Directors Forum,
the Arthur E Hughes Career Achievement Award from the University of San Diego, and
the Ernst & Young Master Entrepreneur Award. In 2009, Garry co-authored a book with
Ken Blanchard titled, Helping People Win at Work: A Business Philosophy called “Don’t
Mark My Paper, Help Me Get an A".
Daniel C. Barnett
CEO/Owner of Primavera Company
Dan has headed companies for some of the world's leading corporations including
Nestlé, Pillsbury, Weyerhaeuser, and Constellation Brands. He served as Chief Operating
Officer of Vistage International, the world’s leading CEO membership organization.
Dan is currently CEO and owner of The Primavera Company, a small real estate and
natural gas company with operations in three states. As a recognized expert on business,
Dan has appeared regularly on CNBC's "Squawk Box", Bloomberg and the Wall Street
Journal to speak on CEO confidence and leadership. He is also recognized internationally
as a speaker and consultant, being named “U.S. Speaker of the Year” by TEC Canada
and presented the “Fast Track” award by Vistage International.
Jeff Lindeman, SPHR, MSEL
Sr. Director, Organizational Performance & Development,
San Diego County Regional Airport Authority
Jeff currently leads the coordinated efforts of the human resources, training & organization development, risk management, business planning, marketing, public relations and airport art functions at the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. In addition, he is an instructor for two universities in their business schools and programs. Jeff has spoken at conferences and within organizations on workforce and business topics locally, nationally and globally. He maintains a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) accreditation from the Human Resource Certification Institute (since 2002); has worked in human resources for over 20 years; earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; and a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership (MSEL) granted by the University of San Diego’s AACSB accredited Business School in partnership with the Ken Blanchard Companies. Jeff is the Immediate Past President for the San Diego Society for Human Resource Management and Immediate Past Chair of the Human Resources Committee of the Airports Council International – North America (the airport industry’s premiere trade association).
Tim McCarthy
Treasurer, McCarthy Family Foundation
Tim was a naval officer for 13 years, serving primarily at sea aboard patrol, oceanographic
research and destroyer ship types. After obtaining his MBA, his final tour was as
budget analyst for the Chief of Naval Operations. Tim then joined a multinational
food company and assumed increasing responsibilities with the seafoods division
in finance, resources and production. Together with three other management colleagues
and outside investors, he completed a leveraged buyout of the business and, three
years later, it's successful sale to the Pillsbury Company. Tim has served a variety
of nonprofit organizations ranging from the San Diego YMCA (Treasurer) to UCLA (Foundation
Board Chair).
