Management Team

Neil has nearly thirty years of senior level financial and executive management experience in various industries, including retail, distribution, franchising, petroleum, technology and the college market. Neil was a founding officer in a startup retail company operating twenty-two convenience stores on eleven college campuses across the country and served as CEO. Previously he was President of Convenient Food Mart, Inc., a franchiser of 350 convenience stores in the Midwest. Other positions included Vice President of Tripifoods, Inc., a regional wholesale distributor in upstate New York, Vice President, Finance of Sunshine Foods Stores in Rochester, MI, and twelve years with the SuperAmerica division of Ashland Oil, Inc., a leader in the convenience store industry.

Chris has been with TrendSource for the last 14 years, overseeing the design and development of the entire organization’s technological infrastructure. He has worked in IT for over 20 years in various capacities such as IS Manager, Database Developer, CAD Manager, Software Developer, etc. Through this diverse experience, Chris has developed an exceptional global view of what’s possible in technology and is always looking to what is next.

Jana joined TrendSource in 2003 and has since been involved in all aspects of business operations. In her initial role in Field Services, she supported Field Agents for TrendSource in accurate and complete execution of contracted work. She later transitioned into Client Services where she managed relationships with Fortune 500 companies to support design, development and implementation of their research projects. In 2011, after taking on the role of the Executive of Operations, she was responsible for ensuring operational excellence and strategic development for TrendSource with a heavy focus on industry understanding. Now as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, her experience allows her to provide a unique perspective to support development of solutions to client objectives. Jana has a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego.

Mary joined TrendSource in 2006 as an Account Manager in Operations where she supported all components of program execution including managing client relationships, designing and creating projects and supporting the collection of the data by supporting her team of Field Services Coordinators. In 2011, she was selected as the Program Design Manager in Operations. In this role, she worked on programs across all industries that TrendSource serves and displayed her ability to manage and streamline complex tasks and processes effectively. Mary’s knowledge of TrendSource products and services range far and wide and she is dedicated to the continued progress of our clients and our community.
