TrendSource Enhances the Customer's Experience for OnSite Inspections
Did you know that the customer of an OnSite Inspection typically believes that the
inspector is a direct employee of the Client, rather than an independent
contractor of a third party?
Instead of continuously refuting this notion, we at TrendSource embrace the perception,
and take it a step further, following our philosophy of 'Enhancing the Customer's
Experience'.
TrendSource is fully accountable for the inspection process, and we want to ensure
that the Customer has the best possible experience during the inspection. This optimal
experience is achieved with a professional, knowledgeable inspector and a swift
inspection, starting from the time the inspection is ordered until the completed
report is returned to the Client. All Field Agents completing OSI's for TrendSource
are Certified OnSite Inspectors. This entails an annual background check, detailed
Professionalism Orientation, as well as an Inspection-Specific Orientation. In regards
to turnaround time, TrendSource sets a standard by having customized processes,
eliminating all possible areas of slack while continuing to be innovative and pioneering
the OnSite Inspection process.
To confirm we are consistently meeting and surpassing our Clients' high expectations
as well as our own, TrendSource receives direct feedback from customers after the
inspection. We use these surveys to praise and/or coach our inspectors, and also
to assess our own strengths and opportunities for improvement. TrendSource is a
transparent company and as such, we make these surveys available to our Clients.
