Field Service Project Specialist - San Diego, CA

Field Service Project Specialists (FSPSs) are responsible for managing projects to ensure we are meeting client expectations and quality parameters such as specified timelines for receiving, checking and reporting data, 100% program completion, and other specifications as defined in the company standards. Other responsibilities include effectively managing Independent Contractors (Field Agents) by recruiting, engaging, coaching, terming, resolving payment issues, providing Field Agent support for accurate execution of work and improving the quality of the company Field Agent database. The business environment is fast-paced but fun, requiring constant communication and dedication to hard work. The right candidate for this position is a self-starter who is able to meet deadlines with an outgoing personality while displaying impeccable work ethic and integrity. This position is project based and will commence on 08/01/12 and run through December 2012 (possiblility to continue future projects)

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred
  • Project Management and/or Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Marketing or Marketing Research experience is a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Intermediate or better use of Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Some knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project and Microsoft Map Point

Quality Assurance Reviewer - San Diego, CA

Quality Assurance Reviewers (QAR) are responsible for ensuring that the quality of the evaluation information submitted by Independent Contractors (Field Agents) meets all standards prior to release to the client. They must have the ability to pay close attention to detail especially with written information, meet strict deadlines, communicate effectively both written and verbally as well as internally with staff and externally with Field Agents. The right candidates for this position are team players with great computer and communication skills that will embrace our company’s business values. A flexible schedule with the ability to handle fluctuating work-flow is highly desirable. In addition, those in this position must have an analytical approach, be self-motivated goal setters and work well with little supervision with a high degree of integrity. We are looking to fill the following schedule: Sat 3-8 (5) Sun 2-8 (6) Mon Off Tues Off Wed 2-8 (6) Th 2-8 (6) Fri 2-8 (6) Total - 29 hours

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma
  • Some college or one year applicable experience
  • Some previous editing experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic use and understanding of Microsoft Office and Internet applications
  • High integrity
  • Able to identify data and report exceptions
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines (handles time sensitivity without supervision)
  • Experience in the healthcare field a plus

Client Services Coordinator - San Diego, CA

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for development and maintenance of a strong, trusting client relationship. Responsible for administration and communication with clients primarily for status updates and coordination of execution requirements; requires interdepartmental coordination. The business environment is fast-paced but fun, requiring constant communication and dedication to hard work. QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree with business discipline (or work experience as compensation for a non-business discipline).
  • Account and/or client management experience.
  • Prior experience with use of negotiation skills.
  • Project management skill sets that support management of competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to succeed and to manage and develop others in fast-paced environments.
  • Understands and can clearly articulate perspective on building relationships with internal stakeholders. (e.g., being a team player, proven ability to work with Sales & Marketing in an operational capacity).

Account Manager - San Diego, CA

The Account Manager (AM) serves as a primary business contact for clients in assigned accounts and is the responsible party for client satisfaction and meeting revenue growth targets. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service, build relationships, understand each clients’ industry and needs, and identify and close new and repeat business opportunities. The Account Manager is also responsible for management of the daily tasks required for successful execution of clients’ projects. This is accomplished through proper coordination of the various Operations groups, expertise in program and questionnaire design, expertise in online and offline reporting systems, and design and utilization of company tools and resources. The Account Manager reports to the Executive of Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B.A. or B.S. in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional coursework or certification in management, sales, or project management preferred.
  • At least five years of progressively more responsible client management experience in one of the following industries preferred: Grocery; Retail Channel Management; Healthcare; Quick Service Restaurants, Electronics.
  • Experience in a project management capacity with responsibility for outcome.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to create organic growth within an existing customer base.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint.
