Program Design Project Specialist

This position is responsible for researching and providing accurate information in order to assist our Field Agents when completing inspections. RESPONSIBILITIES: Research parcel information on incoming orders via the Internet. Input orders and incorporate essential information including property description and parcel maps. Ensures that client requirements are met on each order by making sure that the property can be located by the Independent Field Agents completing inspections. Take on additional tasks for the purpose of assisting team manager, operations department and learning.

  • Associates Degree and/or 1-2 years of clerical experience preferred.
  • Intermediate or better knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to complete web research independently.
  • Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy.

Marketing & Design Associate

This position is responsible for assisting with the planning or execution of marketing activities through project management of marketing campaigns, content development of website and marketing collateral, and technical support for website management and graphic design needs. ADMINISTRATIVE & MARKETING DUTIES • Primary responsibility for researching and creating prospecting lists through internet research and use of marketing platforms. • Reporting on website visitor tracking, social media management, competitor tracking, and keyword tracking to Marketing Communications Manager • Primary responsibility for management of social media websites. MARKETING DUTIES • Primary responsibility for management of PR software, including reporting on effectiveness of press releases and Google Analytics. • Responsible for assisting with the development and distribution of marketing collateral, including targeted email blasts, press releases, sales collateral, blog posts/articles and technical papers to support business development and increase organizational brand awareness. • Supporting and monitoring company's adherence to organization's branding guidelines, including templates, websites, tag lines and logo usage. • Manage all aspects of print production and distribution. DESIGN DUTIES • Create templates, images and other artistic elements for marketing publications. • Communicate marketing messages using animation, graphic art, illustrations and photography. • Responsible for technical management of organization's websites and social media sites through HTML proficiency.

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 1-3 years of professional experience preferred
  • Experienced in html coding and website/graphic design (Adobe Suite -- Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver). Does not need to be an expert but should have a solid foundation and be engaged in ongoing learning efforts
  • Proven written communicator with experience writing SEO rich content for press releases, email campaigns, website copy, blog posts, etc.
  • Working knowledge of social media and its uses/capabilities in a business capacity
  • Some video production and/or software (Adobe Premium or similar) experience preferred.

Field Service Project Specialist

Field Service Project Specialists (FSPSs) are responsible for recruiting and scheduling Independent Contractors (Field Agents) for individual projects, which includes providing follow-up and coaching, and ensuring completion of programs by the set deadline. Enuring we are meeting client expectations and quality parameters such as specified timelines for receiving, checking and reporting data, 100% program completion, and other specifications as defined in the company standards. The business environment is fast-paced but fun, requiring constant communication and dedication to hard work. The right candidate for this position is a self-starter who is able to meet deadlines with an outgoing personality while displaying impeccable work ethic and integrity. This position is project based.

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred
  • Project Management and/or Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Marketing or Marketing Research experience is a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Quality Assurance Reviewer

Quality Assurance Reviewers (QAR) are responsible for ensuring that the quality of the evaluation information submitted by Independent Contractors (Field Agents) meets all standards prior to release to the client. They must have the ability to pay close attention to detail especially with written information, meet strict deadlines, communicate effectively both written and verbally as well as internally with staff and externally with Field Agents. The right candidates for this position are team players with great computer and communication skills that will embrace our company’s business values. A flexible schedule with the ability to handle fluctuating work-flow is highly desirable. In addition, those in this position must have an analytical approach, be self-motivated goal setters and work well with little supervision with a high degree of integrity. Schedule: This position will require an extremely flexible schedule with the ability to handle fluctuating work-flow which will include some weekend work.

  • Some college or applicable experience preferred
  • Prior experience with data entry and/or photo editing is a plus
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and editing skills
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage in fast-paced environment are a MUST
  • High integrity
  • Ability to learn quickly and grasp complex concepts/systems

Senior Sales Associate

The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for creating, negotiating and closing all new business opportunities with prospects in their assigned market verticals. The Senior Sales Associate is expected to meet and exceed performance metrics through lead generation, cold calling, conference attendance, and marketing activities. To be successful, the Senior Sales Associate will need to demonstrate strong written and verbal qualifying, proposal, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • B.A. or B.S. in business, marketing, or a related field.

Account Manager

The Account Manager (AM) serves as a primary business contact for clients in assigned accounts and is the responsible party for client satisfaction and meeting revenue growth targets. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service, build relationships, understand each clients’ industry and needs, and identify and close new and repeat business opportunities. The Account Manager is also responsible for management of the daily tasks required for successful execution of clients’ projects. This is accomplished through proper coordination of the various Operations groups, expertise in program and questionnaire design, expertise in online and offline reporting systems, and design and utilization of company tools and resources. The Account Manager reports to the Executive of Operations.

  • B.A. or B.S. in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional coursework or certification in management, sales, or project management preferred.
  • At least five years of progressively more responsible client management experience in one of the following industries preferred: Grocery; Retail Channel Management; Healthcare; Quick Service Restaurants, Electronics.
  • Experience in a project management capacity with responsibility for outcome.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to create organic growth within an existing customer base.
