Research Analyst

The Research Analyst has primary responsibility for the design and system set-up of custom research instruments along with the effective delivery of offline reporting, including ongoing development and improvement of capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Questionnaire/Survey Design • Responsible for effective design of custom research instruments for client programs. Consults with Account Managers to understand client objectives and develop research solutions. • Provides expertise in use of question types and question phrasing to serve accurate and efficient data collection and reporting by Field Agents. • Supports Quality Assurance (QA) Manager in management of red flagsdefining proper means for data collection and management of red flags needed for QA team to support in ease of QA reviews . • Works with IT to develop updates that support the ongoing improvement of questionnaire systems. Offline Reporting (Executive Summaries) • Primary responsibility for accurate compilation of data and effective visualization in Executive Summary reports through the use of Power Point, Word, Illustrator and Excel. • Responsible for innovation in design of offline reporting templates, formats, and tools. • Support in data analysis and development of insights working in collaboration with Account Managers. Identifies what is important amongst the interesting. • Supports Account Managers in identifying and developing QUEST reports and other summaries to support business decisions and help increase organic growth. • Responsible for future development of TrendSource's abilities to perform statistical analysis through system and skill-set enhancement. • Supports internal teams in analysis of data, such as Client Survey Results, Employee Survey Results, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B.A. or B.S. in marketing, graphic design or a related field.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of tools used to perform data analysis.
  • Experience in a project management capacity with responsibility for outcome.
  • Experience with graphic design.

Field Service Coordinator

Field Services Coordinators (FSCs) are responsible for recruiting and scheduling Independent Contractors (Field Agents) for individual projects, which includes providing follow-up and coaching, and ensuring completion of programs by the set deadline. Enuring we are meeting client expectations and quality parameters such as specified timelines for receiving, checking and reporting data, 100% program completion, and other specifications as defined in the company standards. The business environment is fast-paced but fun, requiring constant communication and dedication to hard work. The right candidate for this position is a self-starter who is able to meet deadlines with an outgoing personality while displaying impeccable work ethic and integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred
  • Project Management, Recruiting and/or Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Marketing or Marketing Research experience is a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Resourcefulness and creativity with recruitment methods
  • Intermediate or better use of Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Some knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project and Microsoft Map Point

Senior Sales Associate

The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for creating, negotiating and closing all new business opportunities with prospects in their assigned market verticals. The Senior Sales Associate is expected to meet and exceed performance metrics through lead generation, cold calling, conference attendance, and marketing activities. To be successful, the Senior Sales Associate will need to demonstrate strong written and verbal qualifying, proposal, presentation and negotiation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B.A. or B.S. in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Ability to write reports, proposals, presentations, and business correspondences
  • Self-starter – looks for and takes advantages of opportunities
  • Problem solving and listening skills
  • Marketing experience

Account Manager

The Account Manager (AM) serves as a primary business contact for clients in assigned accounts and is the responsible party for client satisfaction and meeting revenue growth targets. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service, build relationships, understand each clients’ industry and needs, and identify and close new and repeat business opportunities. The Account Manager is also responsible for management of the daily tasks required for successful execution of clients’ projects. This is accomplished through proper coordination of the various Operations groups, expertise in program and questionnaire design, expertise in online and offline reporting systems, and design and utilization of company tools and resources. The Account Manager reports to the Executive of Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B.A. or B.S. in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional coursework or certification in management, sales, or project management preferred.
  • At least five years of progressively more responsible client management experience in one of the following industries preferred: Grocery; Retail Channel Management; Healthcare; Quick Service Restaurants, Electronics.
  • Experience in a project management capacity with responsibility for outcome.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to create organic growth within an existing customer base.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint.

Compensation: Salary starting at $47,700 DOE
