Victoria joined TrendSource in March of 2010 as part of the Vision Compliance acquisition from American Title, Inc. Over the course of the next two years, she rose from Account Management to Director of TrendSource’s OnSite Inspections division. Victoria has since led the launch of new compliance products and capabilities, while internally championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Through rebrands and realignments all the way to her current role as TrendSource CEO, Victoria has worked to develop leaders aligned with our company’s strategic vision who are effective in their roles in order to achieve fair and proper results for TrendSource clients, workforce, and investors.
Chris Burtch
VP of Systems Development
Chris has been with TrendSource for the last 23 years, overseeing the design and development of the entire organization's technological infrastructure. He has worked in IT for over 20 years in various capacities such as IS Manager, Database Developer, CAD Manager, Software Developer, etc. Through this diverse experience, Chris has developed an exceptional global view of what's possible in technology and is always looking to what is next.
Mansi Raja
Director of Strategic Accounts
Mansi began her career at TrendSource in 2012, working in an Operations role before transitioning to Client Services for the OnSite Inspection division. As Director of Strategic Accounts, she ensures client objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded. She is passionate about integrating efficiencies to drive client satisfaction, optimize Operations, and increase profitability. Mansi has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
James Albano
Controller
James joined TrendSource in October 2021, supervising and overseeing all accounting and financial functions at TrendSource. He provides key knowledge in not only implementing but establishing financial policies, risk assessments, budgets, and forecasts. James emphasizes accuracy and efficient accounting techniques and is always looking for new ways to utilize the latest accounting techniques to keep TrendSource and its financials best in class.
Robin Richardson
Talent Success Manager
Robin joined TrendSource in 2012 and is a true example of perseverance and growing with the company. She started as a Project Coordinator for our CMS clients and then worked with a variety of clients as a Coordinator, Team Lead, and Associate Manager. In 2015, Robin joined the Organizational Development Team, continued her path to Talent Success Manager, and now oversees all hiring, performance management, and training initiatives. Robin’s focus on employee engagement is the lifeblood of TrendSource. Currently, Robin is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and looks forward to the value that will bring to the employees and our culture at TrendSource!

Rodney Moll
TrendSource Founder & Chairman
Rodney has been with TrendSource for over 20 years in the successive roles of Co-founder, President, CEO, and now as Executive Chairman of the Board. Rodney attributes TrendSource's enduring nature to a deep commitment to value creation, and this commitment manifests itself everyday as Trusted Insight to our clients, opportunity and a shared future for our associates, and growth in shareholder value. Rodney describes the TrendSource culture as one of continual change for the better, constantly evolving to maintain a bright and sustainable future.
Ann Moll
TrendSource Director
Ann currently serves as Director at TrendSource as well as Management Representative for the ISO Certification process. She joined the TrendSource team in 1994 as Sales Manager and has played a critical role in the company's expansion, assuming successive roles of Operations Manager, Executive Manager of Account Teams, and Executive Manager of Sales. She began her professional career as Sales Manager for Embassy Suites in Denver, CO, and later Westgate Hotels in San Diego, CA, where she coordinated corporate conventions and meetings for several Fortune 500 and 100 companies. Ann has worn many hats at TrendSource and still does, continually contributing to the company's development and growth.
